Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Protocol
1.1. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours post-confirmation. Cancellations after this period are subject to approval and may incur processing fees. If shipment is dispatched, cancellation won't be possible. 1.2. Orders involving customization cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
2.1. Refunds are strictly applicable to items received in defective, damaged, or incorrect condition.
2.2. Customers must initiate refund requests within 24 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
2.3. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7-10 business days, subject to internal verification and financial institution processing timelines.
3. Exchange Guidelines
3.1. Only items with manufacturing defects qualify for exchanges. This does not include packaging damage that may occur during shipment.
3.2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless TechBridge is at fault.
4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Products
4.1. Custom-made or personalized items.
4.2. Used, altered, or repackaged products.
