Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Generally, delivery within Keralatakes 2-5 business days, while deliveries outside Kerala may take 5-7 business days.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations or express shipping.
Packaging
We ensure all products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Packaging costs may vary based on the nature of the product and the order size.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the order is shipped.
Damaged or Lost Goods
In the event your items are damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic orders, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applied as per Indian regulations.
Any applicable customs, duties, or taxes for orders outside India are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations or modifications are subject to shipping costs and restocking fees.
