2. Eligibility for Return
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. Return Process
To return an item, please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you the replacement item once we receive the returned product, provided the item is in stock.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
In case of damage during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged item and packaging, and share it with our support team.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable products, and personalized items, cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Final Sale Items
Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
